Vincent Payet is the founder of Fertility Destination and has dedicated over 16 years to fertility personally and professionally. After successfully building his family through surrogacy in the U.S., he joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals, leading operations across Latin America and the Caribbean for 13 years. Holding a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Vincent has worked to identify the best fertility practices and advocate for reproductive rights. His mission focuses on creating access and opportunities for all families, driven by personal experience and a deep commitment to helping others achieve parenthood.
