“In India, conversations about fertility often remain trapped in taboo. As someone who actively educates and supports people navigating these journeys, it’s critical to normalize their realities. Being part of this movement allows me to amplify evidence-based awareness, counter misinformation, and represent South Asian voices in global conversations. It’s time we replace silence with science—and isolation with inclusivity.

  • "Infertility is on a rise in India, while people now seek medical opinion relatively quickly when trying to conceive there is still a huge gap in how the society sees and portrays infertility. This movement is a way to recognise the people who have made an impact in the lives of people dealing with or in treatment for fertility related issues, and helped them complete their dreams of experiencing parenthood. A lot of times there is a hesitation when it comes to speaking about fertility related issues openly. This event helps with recognising people and amplifying real voices, breaking cultural taboos, and inspiring open conversations around fertility health and support systems.”

  • "In Australia, we are lucky to have relatively good access to fertility treatment - but access doesn’t equal knowledge and understanding. Patients are often left in the dark when it comes to making informed choices. As someone who’s worked inside IVF clinics and now supports people independently through their fertility journeys, I see the huge gaps in knowledge, communication, and emotional support every day. It’s important to shift the conversation. Australia needs louder voices advocating for transparency, patient empowerment, and ethical holistic fertility care."
