Vanessa Rodriguez Spencer is a 23-year veteran of the entertainment industry. She began her career in music, producing and casting iconic late-’90s and early-2000s videos for Bad Boy Entertainment and Roc-A-Fella Records. After moving to Los Angeles, she joined the legendary casting duo Sheila Jaffe and Georgianne Walken, quickly rising to become Jaffe’s LA Casting Executive. Her passion for casting grew from wearing many hats and solving complex creative challenges across film and television. After nearly two decades in casting, Vanessa transitioned into project development and producing. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with HBO, MGM, Paramount, Sony, Universal, BET, and CBS.
