Dr. Dinorah Hernández Melchor, Ph.D. 🇲🇽
Dr. Dinorah Hernández Melchor is a Mexican scientist specializing in biotechnology and regenerative medicine applied to fertility. As a senior researcher at Ingenes in Mexico City, she leads the development of advanced cell-based therapies to enhance endometrial receptivity and embryo quality, creating personalized treatments for complex reproductive cases. She earned her Biotechnology Engineering degree with honors from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional and completed her Ph.D. in Science, Technology, and Society at CINVESTAV-IPN, including a research fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology in Berlin. Dr. Hernández Melchor has authored more than 15 international publications and presented her work at ASRM, SRI, and ISSCR. A Carl Duisberg Fellow of the Bayer Foundation, she mentors young women scientists and lectures on molecular biology and biotechnology. Her mission is to translate cutting-edge science into ethical, effective treatments that help more people build their families.
