Antonio Pellicer 🇪🇸

Professor Antonio Pellicer is a globally recognized leader in reproductive medicine. He earned his MD and PhD from the University of Valencia, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine at Yale and the University of Mainz. In 1990, he co-founded Instituto Valenciano de Infertilidad (IVI), now one of the world’s largest fertility networks, where he currently serves as Executive Chair of IVIRMA Global. A former Dean of the University of Valencia School of Medicine and Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at La Fe University Hospital, he is also an Adjunct Professor at Yale School of Medicine. Professor Pellicer has authored over 900 scientific articles and co-edited Fertility and Sterility (2011–2021). His pioneering contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the King Jaime I Prize, the Jacques Salat-Baroux Award, and multiple honors from ASRM. He holds honorary doctorates from major universities in Spain and Europe.
